Michigan continues to fly under the radar despite proving themselves in every postseason outing so far. They've not only won five straight, but also covered the spread in each, taking care of business in the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. They're playing with purpose, and their balance on both ends makes them a tough out.

Auburn has more depth on paper, but coming off a four-day break, that advantage is minimized. The Tigers lean heavily on Johni Broome in the paint, but Michigan is built to handle that matchup. With towering bigs like Vlad Goldin and Samson Wolf—both over 7-feet and 250 pounds—Michigan can rotate fresh bodies to keep Broome in check and limit foul risk.

The Wolverines’ perimeter play has been locked in. Roddy Gayle Jr. went off for 26 points last game, and Bruce Donaldson buried a clutch shot to seal the win over Texas A&M. Auburn, meanwhile, hasn't exactly been dominant. They failed to cover by a wide margin against Alabama State and needed a strong finish just to slip past the number versus Creighton.
